The sole purpose of this phase is neutral institutional diagnosis and determining whether a common ground for future cooperation exists.

We adhere to the highest professional confidentiality standards. All data is stored under strict security protocols and used exclusively for direct internal evaluation. Upon completion, we issue a clear and specific response: either approval to proceed to the next phase, or notification of current institutional misalignment, with structural reasoning provided if necessary.

The process begins with a formal request containing basic entity information, target sector, and long-term vision. Upon receipt, requests undergo a rigorous internal review assessing regulatory readiness, governance maturity, and alignment with our selective standards. If alignment is achieved, a confidential meeting is scheduled to discuss structural details and draft the preliminary mandate framework.

We do not respond to all requests, nor do we initiate cooperation before completing these stages. We consider institutional time a valuable resource that must not be wasted on structurally or regulatorily misaligned opportunities. Therefore, we reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet readiness or long-term commitment standards. All discussions are conducted under strict confidentiality protocols.
